Manitoba Invites 47 PNP Candidates in Strategic Recruitment Draw

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held a new Expression of Interest draw on November 6, 2025, issuing a total of 47 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under its skilled worker streams for both in and outside the province.

This draw specifically targeted candidates who declared being directly invited by the MPNP through strategic recruitment initiatives. The breakdown of invitations was as follows:

Employer Services: 11
Francophone Community: 18
Regional Communities: 12
Ethnocultural Communities: 4
Temporary Public Policy (TPP): 2

Out of all candidates invited, 10 also had valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes, indicating they may qualify for expedited permanent residence processing through federal channels.

This latest draw reflects Manitoba’s continued efforts to attract and retain skilled workers aligned with provincial labour needs, particularly in Francophone and regional communities that support economic diversification and settlement outside Winnipeg.
