New Brunswick Issues 110 Invitations In Latest PNP Draws, With Strong Francophone Focus

New Brunswick has released details of two new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) rounds dated December 9, 2025, confirming 110 invitations issued across its Express Entry and Skilled Worker streams. Both draws targeted Francophone candidates, underlining the province’s continued commitment to boosting French-speaking immigration outside Quebec.
Under the New Brunswick Express Entry Stream, eight invitations were issued to Francophone applicants with employment ties to the province. These candidates were selected through the Employment in New Brunswick pathway and represent all occupational sectors.
The same date saw a much larger draw under the Skilled Worker stream, where 102 invitations went to Francophone applicants through the New Brunswick Experience and New Brunswick Graduates pathways. These rounds highlight New Brunswick’s strategy to retain current workers and attract international graduates already contributing to the provincial labour market.
The province also released results from an earlier Express Entry draw dated November 16, 2025. That round issued 35 invitations to candidates across all sectors through the Employment in New Brunswick pathway.
All applications submitted from these invitation rounds will be processed in 2026, as the province continues to align selection timelines with next year’s provincial nomination allocation.
The rising use of Francophone-focused draws reflects Canada’s broader federal immigration objectives, which aim to increase the share of French-speaking newcomers outside Quebec while supporting regional economic growth and long-term settlement stability.
