Manitoba Issues Invitations in July 2026 MPNP Draws #274 and #275

Manitoba held two Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Expression of Interest (EOI) draws in July 2026, issuing Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across its Skilled Worker and International Education streams.

MPNP Draw #275 – July 16, 2026

In its July 16, 2026 draw (#275), the MPNP issued 1,976 Letters of Advice to Apply. These included 78 LAAs to profiles meeting International Education Stream (IES) – Graduate Internship Pathway eligibility, 24 LAAs to profiles declaring current employment in Manitoba in priority medical occupations, and 1,874 LAAs to top-scoring profiles, with the lowest-ranked candidate invited holding a score of 825.

MPNP Draw #274 – July 2, 2026

In its July 2, 2026 draw (#274), the MPNP issued 77 Letters of Advice to Apply under strategic recruitment initiatives: Employer Services (36), Francophone Community (8), Regional Communities (2), and the Temporary Public Policy to facilitate work permits (31).
